Course Overview

The M.Sc. Nutraceuticals & Cosmeceuticals program at Malla Reddy Vishwavidyapeeth, Hyderabad, is a postgraduate course designed to equip students with specialized knowledge in the development, formulation, and evaluation of health-promoting nutraceuticals and cosmeceuticals.

This program focuses on equipping students with the theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills from 1st semester itself. The program focuses on understanding the science behind functional foods, dietary supplements, and cosmetic formulations, integrating advanced research and industry practices to cater to the growing demand for wellness and aesthetic products globally.

Graduates of this program emerge as ‘Skilled Nutraceuticals & Cosmeceuticals Specialists’, enabling them to pursue further higher studies & do research in Nutraceuticals & Cosmeceuticals along with plenty of job opportunities globally.

Description: 2 Years Degree Program

No. of Seats: 20

No. of Credits: 80 minimum & as specified

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related fields with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized institution.
  • Admission based on merit and/or entrance examination as per university norms.
