SGRC & Ombudsperson at Malla Reddy Vishwavidyapeeth is committed to ensuring a transparent, fair, and student-friendly grievance redressal system. The SGRC & Ombudsperson serves as an independent platform where students can raise concerns related to academics, administration, facilities, examinations, and campus life. The SGRC & Ombudsperson ensures that every grievance is addressed promptly, impartially, and in accordance with the guidelines of the University Grants Commission (UGC).

The SGRC & Ombudsperson encourages students to submit complaints without fear of discrimination or retaliation. Every grievance received by the SGRC & Ombudsperson is reviewed carefully, investigated when required, and resolved through a structured and transparent process. The SGRC & Ombudsperson promotes accountability, fairness, and equal opportunity while protecting the rights and interests of all students.

Students can approach the   for issues related to academic concerns, examination matters, fee-related disputes, infrastructure, student services, harassment, and other university-related grievances. The SGRC & Ombudsperson aims to resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring justice for all parties involved.

At Malla Reddy Vishwavidyapeeth, the   plays a vital role in fostering a positive learning environment. By strengthening communication between students and the university, the SGRC & Ombudsperson helps improve institutional transparency and student satisfaction.
