Course Overview

B.Sc. Cosmetology & Dermatology program at Malla Reddy Vishwavidyapeeth, Hyderabad, is an undergraduate program designed to provide comprehensive training in the science and techniques of skin care, cosmetology, and dermatological treatments.

This program focuses on equipping students with the theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills from 1st semester itself. The curriculum focuses on skin anatomy, cosmetic formulations, dermatological procedures, and advanced techniques such as chemical peels, laser therapies, and non-invasive aesthetic treatments. Students gain hands-on experience in providing therapeutic and cosmetic care while mastering the use of advanced dermatological equipment.

Graduates of this program emerge as ‘Skilled Dermatology Technicians, Cosmetic Consultants, or Aesthetic Practitioners’, enabling them to pursue further higher studies & do research in Dermatology and Aesthetic Technology, along with plenty of job opportunities globally.

The minimum eligibility for B.Sc. Cosmetology & Dermatology Technology is a pass in 10+2 with at least 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology from a recognized board (CBSE/ISC) or equivalent.

The B.Sc. Cosmetology & Dermatology Technology curriculum includes foundational knowledge in skin, hair, and beauty treatments, along with practical training in dermatological procedures and cosmetic technology.

 B.Sc. Cosmetology & Dermatology students undergo practical training in dermatology clinics, beauty centers, and hospitals, gaining hands-on experience in cosmetic treatments and dermatological care
