Course Overview

The M.Sc. Green Technology program at Malla Reddy Vishwavidyapeeth, Hyderabad, is a postgraduate program designed to provide advanced knowledge and hands-on training in the principles and practices of green technology, focusing on sustainable solutions for environmental challenges.

This program focuses on equipping students with the theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills from the 1st semester itself. The curriculum focuses on renewable energy technologies, energy efficiency, sustainable resource management, pollution control, environmental impact assessment, and green building design. Students gain practical experience in evaluating and implementing green technologies, conducting environmental assessments, and developing sustainable solutions for various industries.

Graduates of this program emerge as ‘Advanced Green Technology Professionals’, enabling them to pursue further higher studies & do research in Green Technology along with plenty of job opportunities globally. This program equips graduates to work as environmental consultants, sustainability managers, renewable energy engineers, and green building designers in various organizations, contributing to a more sustainable future.

Course Details

Description: 2 Years Degree Program

No. of Credits: 80 minimum and as specified

Academic Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in B.Sc. Environmental Science/Environmental Studies/Physics/Chemistry/Biology/Engineering (any branch) or equivalent Or a B.Tech./B.E. degree in Environmental Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with at least 50% aggregate marks from a recognized university.
