M.A. Philosophy

Course Overview

M.A. Philosophy program at Malla Reddy Vishwavidyapeeth, Hyderabad, is a postgraduate program designed to provide advanced research-grade training in philosophical thought, applied ethics, and philosophy of science. This program focuses on equipping students with advanced theoretical knowledge and analytical skills from the 1st semester itself. The curriculum covers specialisation reading (Indian / Western / logic / ethics / philosophy of mind), advanced logic with proof-assistant software, applied ethics (AI / bio / business / environmental), phenomenology / analytic philosophy, and dissertation research. Students gain advanced practical experience in research-grade journal-database labs and bioethics clinical liaison MoUs. Graduates of this program emerge as ‘Philosophy Academics, AI Ethics Officers, and Bioethics Consultants’, enabling them to pursue further higher studies & do research in Philosophy along with plenty of job opportunities globally.
