Course Overview
M.A. Performing Arts program at Malla Reddy Vishwavidyapeeth, Hyderabad, is a postgraduate program designed to provide advanced research-grade training and senior-level performance practice in classical Indian dance, music, and theatre. This program focuses on equipping students with advanced theoretical knowledge and senior practice from the 1st semester itself. The curriculum covers advanced repertoire, composition, Natyashastra and aesthetics, multi-track recording, choreography for research, ethnomusicology, advanced theatre direction, and graduation-level capstone performance. Students gain advanced practical experience in dedicated repertoire studios, professional recording studios, and graduation performance stages.
