Course Overview
B.A. Journalism & Mass Communication with AI program at Malla Reddy Vishwavidyapeeth, Hyderabad, is an undergraduate program designed to provide comprehensive education and hands-on training in journalism, mass communication, and digital media integrated with artificial intelligence. This program focuses on equipping students with theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills from the 1st semester itself. The curriculum covers reporting and news writing, broadcast journalism, digital and data journalism, AI-assisted news production, fact-checking and verification, multimedia storytelling, public relations, advertising, media law and ethics, AI tools for newsrooms, and dissertation research. Students gain practical experience in newsroom simulation labs, broadcast studios, AI-assisted reporting labs, and through structured internships at newspapers, TV channels, digital newsrooms, and PR agencies. Graduates of this program emerge as ‘Skilled Journalists, Multimedia Reporters, and AI-Augmented Newsroom Professionals’, enabling them to pursue further higher studies & do research in Journalism and Mass Communication along with plenty of job opportunities globally.

The minimum eligibility for B.Sc. Diabetic Sciences is a pass in 10+2 with at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology from a recognized board (CBSE/ISC) or equivalent.

- Candidates must have passed 10+2 or an equivalent examination in any Stream from a recognized Board (CBSE, State Intermediate Board, NIOS, or Equivalent), securing a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in the first attempt.
- Candidates who have Qualified in any of the NEET, CUET (UG), TG EAPCET, MRVCET or any other Equivalent National/State-level entrance UG Examination, will only be considered for admission.
- Academic Gap: For the 2026–27 academic year, candidates from the previous two academic years, 2024–25 and 2025–26, may be considered. Admission shall not be granted to applicants with an academic gap of more than two years, unless otherwise permitted under applicable UGC norms.
