Course Overview

The B.Sc. Nano Sciences & Technology program at Malla Reddy Vishwavidyapeeth, Hyderabad, is an undergraduate program designed to provide comprehensive knowledge and hands-on training in the principles and applications of nanoscience and nanotechnology.

This program focuses on equipping students with the theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills from the 1st semester itself. The curriculum focuses on the properties of nanomaterials, nano fabrication techniques, characterization methods, and applications of nanotechnology in various fields, including medicine, electronics, energy, and materials science. Students gain practical experience in synthesizing nanomaterials, characterizing their properties, and exploring their applications.

Graduates of this program emerge as ‘Skilled Nano Scientists and Technologists’, enabling them to pursue further higher studies & do research in Nano Sciences & Technology along with plenty of job opportunities globally. This program equips graduates to work in research institutions, nanotechnology companies, and various industries utilizing nanotechnology.

Description: 4 Years Degree Program

No. of Credits: 160 minimum and as specified

A pass in 10 + 2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics as main subjects from a recognized board (CBSE, ISC, or equivalent).
