Course Overview
The M.Sc. Clinical Embryology program at Malla Reddy Vishwavidyapeeth, Hyderabad, is designed to provide advanced knowledge and specialized training in the field of human reproduction, focusing on the science and techniques of embryology and assisted reproductive technologies (ART). This postgraduate program prepares students to become experts in the field of embryology, assisting in fertility treatments and reproductive medicine.
This program focuses on equipping students with the theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills from 1st semester itself. The curriculum covers a wide range of topics including gamete biology, in-vitro fertilization (IVF), embryo culture, cryopreservation, and genetic screening of embryos. Students also gain hands-on experience in the IVF laboratory, mastering procedures such as oocyte retrieval, sperm processing, embryo transfer, and embryo cryopreservation, along with the ethical and regulatory aspects of ART.
Graduates of this program emerge as ‘Skilled Clinical Embryologists, IVF Laboratory Specialists, or Reproductive Medicine Consultants’, enabling them to pursue further higher studies & do research in Reproductive Healthcare along with plenty of job opportunities globally.

The minimum eligibility is a B.Sc. degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medical Sciences or equivalent with at least 50% aggregate marks from a recognized university.
