Course Overview

The B.Sc. in Digital Dentistry is a 4-year undergraduate program designed to equip students with expertise in cutting-edge digital dental technologies, CAD/CAM workflows, 3D printing, AI-driven diagnostics, and virtual patient simulations. This program integrates traditional dental sciences with advanced digital tools, preparing graduates for modern dental practices, research, and industry applications.

The curriculum covers key areas such as

  1. Dental Anatomy and Occlusion – Understanding tooth morphology, occlusion, and their digital applications in prosthetics and orthodontics.
  2. Dental Materials Science & Biomaterials – Study of ceramics, polymers, and hybrid biomaterials used in digital prosthetics and restorations.
  3. CAD/CAM Technology in Dentistry – Mastery of computer-aided design and manufacturing for fabrication of crowns, bridges, and implant-supported prostheses.
  4. 3D Printing & Additive Manufacturing – Hands-on training in resin printing, metal sintering, and hybrid manufacturing for dental applications.
  5. Digital Smile Design & AI in Dentistry – Use of artificial intelligence and digital imaging for aesthetic analysis and treatment planning.
  6. Intraoral Scanning & Virtual Articulation – Training in digital impressions, virtual patient modeling, and occlusal analysis.
