Course Overview

The M.Sc. System Administration & Networking program at Malla Reddy Vishwavidyapeeth, Hyderabad, is a postgraduate program designed to provide advanced knowledge and hands-on training in the administration and management of computer systems and networks.

This program focuses on equipping students with the theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills from the 1st semester itself. The curriculum focuses on operating systems, network administration, network security, cloud computing, virtualization, and scripting. Students gain practical experience in configuring and managing servers, implementing network security measures, and troubleshooting system and network issues.

Graduates of this program emerge as ‘Advanced System Administration & Networking Professionals’, enabling them to pursue further higher studies & do research in System Administration & Networking along with plenty of job opportunities globally. This program equips graduates to work as system administrators, network administrators, cloud engineers, and DevOps engineers in various organizations, ensuring the smooth and secure operation of IT infrastructure.

Course Details

Description: 2 Years Degree Program

No. of Credits: 80 minimum and as specified

Academic Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in B.Sc. Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics/Telecommunications or equivalent OR a B.Tech./B.E. degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics/Telecommunications or equivalent with at least 50% aggregate marks from a recognized university.
