Course Overview
The M.Sc. Game Design & Development program at Malla Reddy Vishwavidyapeeth, Hyderabad, is a postgraduate program designed to provide advanced knowledge and hands-on training in the art and science of game design and development.
This program focuses on equipping students with the theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills from the 1st semester itself. The curriculum focuses on game design principles, game programming, game art and animation, game audio, game production, and game project management. Students gain practical experience in designing and developing games using industry-standard game engines and tools.
Graduates of this program emerge as ‘Advanced Game Design & Development Professionals’, enabling them to pursue further higher studies & do research in Game Design & Development along with plenty of job opportunities globally. This program equips graduates to work as game designers, game programmers, game artists, game producers, and creative directors in the rapidly growing game industry.
Course Details
Description: 2 Years Degree Program
No. of Credits: 80 minimum and as specified
Academic Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in B.Sc. Computer Science/Information Technology/Multimedia/Game Design/Animation or equivalent OR a B.Tech./B.E. degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent with at least 50% aggregate marks from a recognized university.
