Course Overview
The M.Sc. Public Mental Health program at Malla Reddy Vishwavidyapeeth, Hyderabad, is a postgraduate course designed to prepare students to address the growing need for mental health awareness, prevention, and intervention at a community and global level. A B.Sc. degree in Psychology, Public Health, Social Sciences, or an equivalent field with at least 50% aggregate marks from a recognized university.
The M.Sc. Public Mental Health curriculum spans 4 semesters, combining rigorous academic learning with practical exposure. The final semester includes a project and internship for hands-on training in mental health programs and research.
