Course Overview

The M.Sc. Health & Wellness (AYUSH) program at Malla Reddy Vishwavidyapeeth, Hyderabad, is a postgraduate course designed to provide students with comprehensive knowledge and skills to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This program focuses on equipping students with the theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills from 1st semester itself. The curriculum covers key areas such as nutrition, exercise science, mental health, stress management, holistic wellness practices, and public health. Students learn about the role of lifestyle changes in disease prevention, health promotion, and the management of chronic conditions. Practical training in wellness coaching, wellness assessments, and the use of wellness technologies allows students to apply what they learn in real-world scenarios.

Description: 2 Years Degree Program

No. of Credits: 80 minimum and as specified

Academic Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in B.Sc. Health & Wellness, B.Sc. Life Sciences or equivalent with at least 50% aggregate marks from a recognized university.
