Course Overview

The M.Sc. Surgical Robotic Technology program at Malla Reddy Vishwavidyapeeth, Hyderabad, is designed to provide advanced training in robotic-assisted surgical techniques and the use of cutting-edge robotic systems in healthcare. This postgraduate program equips students with specialized knowledge of surgical robotics, enabling them to assist surgeons in performing minimally invasive procedures with precision and efficiency.

This program focuses on equipping students with the theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills from 1st semester itself. The curriculum focuses on surgical robotics systems, robotic instrumentation, and patient safety during robotic-assisted surgeries. Students gain hands-on experience in operating robotic platforms, troubleshooting robotic systems, and understanding the workflow of robotic surgeries across specialties like urology, gynecology, cardiothoracic surgery, and general surgery.

Graduates of this program emerge as ‘Highly Skilled Surgical Robotic Technologists’, enabling them to pursue further higher studies & do research in Surgical Robotic Technology along with plenty of job opportunities globally.

Description: 2 Years Degree Program

Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or any allied health sciences discipline with at least 50% aggregate marks from a recognized university.
