Course Overview

M.Sc. Endoscopy Technology program at Malla Reddy Vishwavidyapeeth, Hyderabad, is a postgraduate course designed to train students to assist doctors in performing diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures for gastrointestinal, respiratory, and urological disorders.

This program focuses on equipping students with the theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills from 1st semester itself. This program covers advanced endoscopic techniques, equipment handling, infection control, and patient safety during procedures such as gastroscopy, colonoscopy, bronchoscopy, and cystoscopy. The curriculum emphasizes hands-on training in assisting endoscopic procedures and maintaining high-quality endoscopic instruments.

No. of Credits: 80 minimum and as specified

The minimum eligibility is a B.Sc. degree in Endoscopy Technology, Gastroenterology Technology or equivalent with at least 50% aggregate marks from a recognized university.

The M.Sc. Endoscopy Technology curriculum provides advanced training in endoscopic procedures, patient care during endoscopy, infection control, and endoscopy equipment handling. This program prepares students for roles in hospitals, diagnostic centers, and gastroenterology departments.
