Course Overview

The M.Sc. Osteopathy program at Malla Reddy Vishwavidyapeeth, Hyderabad, is a postgraduate degree designed to train professionals in the holistic approach to healthcare that focuses on the musculoskeletal system and its impact on overall health.

This program focuses on equipping students with theoretical knowledge and practical skills from the first semester. The curriculum covers advanced anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, osteopathic principles, manual therapy techniques, clinical reasoning, and clinical practice. Students gain extensive hands-on experience through supervised clinical practice in various settings, preparing them for diverse careers as osteopathic practitioners.

Course Details

Description: 2 Years Degree Program

No. of Credits: 80 minimum and as specified

The minimum eligibility is a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT), Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS), Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS), or equivalent recognized medical/healthcare qualification with at least 50% aggregate marks from a recognized university.
